The rules of the road for ordering custom prints from Fresh Prints Ink. Please read before placing an order.
All products are custom-made to order. Every banner, sticker, vinyl graphic, wrap, and wallpaper print is produced specifically for you based on the artwork and specifications you provide.
Because each order is unique, we cannot accept returns on custom products unless they are defective (see Defects & Reprints below).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork you submit, including:
We offer a free design check on every order where we review your file for resolution, bleed, and obvious issues. However, final approval of the proof is your responsibility. We cannot catch every typo or design intent.
We print what you approve. Before production, you will receive a digital proof for review. Once you approve the proof, that file goes to print.
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for errors that were present in the approved proof — including spelling mistakes, wrong phone numbers, or color choices. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
If your print arrives with a manufacturing defect — wrong material, print errors on our end, poor print quality, or damage during production — we will reprint your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defective product. Email orders@freshprintsink.com with your order number and photos.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and either reprint your order or issue a refund. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
No returns on custom products unless defective. Because every order is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or artwork you approved.

By submitting artwork for printing, you warrant that you own the rights to the artwork or have obtained proper authorization from the rights holder.
Fresh Prints Ink. is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations in customer-submitted artwork. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the content you submit.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is:
If we decline an order, you will be notified and any payment will be refunded in full.
All prices on freshprintsink.com are subject to change without notice. However, the price quoted at the time you place your order is the price you pay — we will never charge more after you've checked out.
Custom quotes provided via email are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of freshprintsink.com shall be resolved in the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
